Aaptiv

Aaptiv is an application that creates audio-based instructional workouts in countless fitness categories where expert trainers walk you through every move. It's kind of like an Audible for exercise. Aaptiv is known for constantly releasing a high volume of new workouts. So my challenge was to listen to a large number of workouts and distill each down to a pithy description. And I'd top that off with a title that piqued interest, inviting members to read the descriptions so they could choose a fitting session.
